Ayurvedic Remedy for Hair Fall & Weak Roots

Amla + Bhringraj + Brahmi Hair Oil Treatment

This traditional Ayurvedic oil strengthens hair from the roots, reduces excessive hair fall, and promotes thicker, healthier hair with regular use.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (or sesame oil)
  • 1 tbsp dried amla powder
  • 1 tbsp bhringraj powder
  • 1 tbsp brahmi powder

Method

  1. Heat the oil on a low flame.
  2. Add amla, bhringraj, and brahmi powder.
  3. Simmer gently for 5–7 minutes until the oil turns dark and aromatic.
  4. Switch off the flame, allow it to cool completely.
  5. Strain and store in a clean glass bottle.

How to Use

  • Take a small quantity of oil and massage gently into the scalp for 10 minutes.
  • Leave overnight or for at least 1 hour.
  • Wash with a mild herbal shampoo or natural cleanser.
