Amla + Bhringraj + Brahmi Hair Oil Treatment
This traditional Ayurvedic oil strengthens hair from the roots, reduces excessive hair fall, and promotes thicker, healthier hair with regular use.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (or sesame oil)
- 1 tbsp dried amla powder
- 1 tbsp bhringraj powder
- 1 tbsp brahmi powder
Method
- Heat the oil on a low flame.
- Add amla, bhringraj, and brahmi powder.
- Simmer gently for 5–7 minutes until the oil turns dark and aromatic.
- Switch off the flame, allow it to cool completely.
- Strain and store in a clean glass bottle.
How to Use
- Take a small quantity of oil and massage gently into the scalp for 10 minutes.
- Leave overnight or for at least 1 hour.
- Wash with a mild herbal shampoo or natural cleanser.
